Known as Aba Nagwade (B.Sc. Agriculture, 1972)
With a career spanning 35 dedicated years in the Maharashtra State Government Agriculture Department, Aba Nagwade brings decades of technical expertise and a deep-rooted passion for the land.
Since his retirement in 2007, his mentoring and practical demonstrations have inspired a new generation of farmers in Shirur and beyond to adopt organic methods and self-reliant agriculture.
His values-driven leadership is the cornerstone of Shrinika Organics, ensuring that every product we offer carries the legacy of technical excellence and sustainable integrity.
